- Stack crockery separately from other items such as cutlery, saucepans or glass
- Over washing will cause the glaze to dull and the design to fade
- The following guide will ensure that your Tipperary Crystal ceramics and china is looked after properly and will last longer
- Wash the item as soon as possible after use
- It is advisable to wash crockery separate to cutlery
- Metal utensils can cause metal markings
- Don’t scrape leftovers - wipe with a paper towel or plastic scraper
- Never use an abrasive cleaner or pot scrubber as this will damage the glaze as well as any decorations on the item

We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking number to allow you track and trace your order.
Our delivery drivers will ring you an hour before delivery. No deliveries will be made without signature.
Click-and-Collect
Any item ordered online can be collected from any Ganly store. Simply chose the “Collect InStore” option at checkout and select the store, date and time of your choice and we will endeavour to have the item ready for you.
Click-and-collect items do not incur a delivery charge.
You will receive an email notifying you that your item is ready for collection.
Please bring a printed copy of your order to the store when collecting your product.
