Three simple button controls on the fan allow you to select your ideal fan settings:
- Fan speeds - Press the fan icon button to choose between five fan speeds. Or press and hold either the up or down buttons on the remote to activate Breeze Modes.
- Breeze Modes - Choose from varying gentle or strong modes, which offer a varying airflow that simulates a natural breeze.
- Oscillation - The half circle button helps you control the degree of fan oscillation – to enjoy airflow in 45°, 90° and 180° angles.
- Battery indicator – Quickly see how fully the battery is charged with five distinct colours and light patterns. The fan even works when it’s charging and takes 5 hours to fully charge from 0%.

Return to any Ganlys store for exchanges or refund – Simply bring a copy of your e-mailed receipt along with the item to any of our Ganlys stores for an exchange or refund
Step 2
Send the item back to us via post or courier, making sure to include your order number and also a contact phone number in the package. When we receive the item back to the store and there is no sign of wear or damage, we will call you to arrange your refund or exchange.
If we do not receive the item back of full merchantable quality with full packaging as sent, there may be a discounted refund applied to your item as a result.
Step 3
Don’t have time to go to the post office? Call us on (090) 643 5300 and we will arrange for the item to be picked up and brought to us using our courier. This is at a cost of €9.00, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded or the exchange amount.
This option is only available to pick up from an address within the island of Ireland.

Dpd delivery ensures products are delivered anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland for €9.95 up to 31kg
Excluding Bulky / Oversized items, we do not charge for multiple items shipping to the same address.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Large items, pallets and bulky / oversized items can take up to 10 working days.
Items that are special order from the manufacturer may take longer to deliver. You will be notified if there is an extended delivery time on any item you purchase.
We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking number to allow you track and trace your order.
Our delivery drivers will ring you an hour before delivery. No deliveries will be made without signature.
Click-and-Collect
Any item ordered online can be collected from any Ganly store. Simply chose the “Collect InStore” option at checkout and select the store, date and time of your choice and we will endeavour to have the item ready for you.
Click-and-collect items do not incur a delivery charge.
You will receive an email notifying you that your item is ready for collection.
Please bring a printed copy of your order to the store when collecting your product.
Order Processing & Shipping
We process orders 6 days a week, all year round excluding Bank holidays & Public Holidays. This ensures that the orders are ready to be picked up by our courier partners for quick delivery.
However; our delivery partners pick up orders at 3 pm between Mon - Fri only. This means that any orders placed on Friday after 3 PM will be picked up on the upcoming Monday.
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package. In the event of damage, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.
Damages & Returns
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organize a refund (excluding return delivery cost). If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organize a replacement or refund.
