Your Right to Withdraw
When you purchase goods online, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use our online Withdrawal Request page:
https://www.ganlys.ie/pages/withdraw-contract
Alternatively, you may contact us by telephone or email using the details above.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will acknowledge receipt by email without undue delay.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal to return the goods to us.
Returning Goods
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in their possession.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Customers may inspect goods as they would in a physical store. Where handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Ganly's will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right to withdraw does not apply in certain circumstances, including:
-
Personalised or customised goods.
-
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
-
Personal care products where hygiene seals have been removed or broken.
-
Products supplied with tamper-evident seals where those seals have been broken.
-
Goods which become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Return Condition
Items should be returned with all accessories, manuals and components supplied with the product.
Customers are entitled to inspect goods in the same manner as they would in a physical shop. However, if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, a deduction may be made from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
