Click & Collect is free. You pay only for the products in your order.
When will my order be ready to collect?
There is no fixed timeframe. Please wait until Ganly’s sends your separate ready-to-collect email before travelling to the store.
Does my order confirmation mean it is ready?
No. The first email confirms that we received your order. We will send another email when it is ready for collection.
What do I need when collecting?
Your ready-to-collect confirmation is accepted on your mobile phone or in your email.
How long will my order be held?
There is no fixed holding period. If your plans change or you expect a delay, please contact your selected store.
Can I collect large or bulky products?
Many large and bulky products can be collected. Available fulfilment options are shown at checkout and all orders are subject to stock availability.
