Thank you for taking part in the Ganlys July Giveaway.
Every year we are overwhelmed by the incredible support from our customers across Ireland. During the giveaway we experience significantly higher than normal order volumes both online and in-store. To help ensure the best possible experience for everyone, please read the following information before placing your order.
Dispatch & Order Processing
Due to the exceptionally high number of orders expected during the Ganlys July Giveaway, dispatch times may be longer than usual.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for orders to be processed and dispatched while we work through the backlog created during the promotion.
Our team will be working as quickly as possible, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.
Click & Collect
If you choose Click & Collect, please wait until you receive confirmation from Ganlys Customer Service before travelling to collect your order.
Receiving your order confirmation email does not mean your order is ready for collection.
Only visit your selected Ganlys store after you receive a separate notification confirming your order is ready.
Arriving before receiving this notification may result in delays or complications, as your order may still be in processing.
One Gift Per Transaction
Customers qualify for one free gift per qualifying transaction.
Customers are welcome to place multiple qualifying orders; however, each qualifying transaction is limited to one promotional gift.
Gift Availability
All gifts are available while stocks last.
Should a selected gift become unavailable, Ganlys reserves the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value where appropriate.
Gift options may change throughout the promotion depending on availability.
Gift images shown throughout the campaign are for illustration purposes.
Products Excluded from Free Gifts
Some products are excluded from qualifying for a free gift.
This includes products that are already heavily discounted or offered at exceptionally low promotional prices.
These exclusions allow us to continue offering outstanding value while maintaining the fairness of the promotion.
Any excluded products will be identified where applicable.
Limited Stock Products
Certain high-demand or limited-stock products may be restricted to one per customer or one per transaction.
This helps ensure as many customers as possible have the opportunity to purchase these products during the event.
Local Delivery Items
Large and bulky products including, but not limited to:
· Building materials
· Concrete products
· Timber
· Fuel
· Palletised products
· Bulk landscaping materials
are available for local delivery only.
If checkout does not provide a delivery option for your address, this means the product is not eligible for nationwide delivery.
These products are generally limited to delivery within approximately 20km of our Athlone, Longford and Mountbellew stores.
Customers outside these delivery areas can still purchase these items using Click & Collect from any Ganlys store.
Nationwide Delivery
Where available, nationwide delivery applies only to products suitable for courier or transport delivery.
Delivery availability is automatically determined during checkout based on the items in your basket and your delivery address.
Order Availability
All orders remain subject to stock availability.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, our Customer Service team will contact you to discuss the available options.
Multiple Shipments
To get products to you as quickly as possible, orders may occasionally be dispatched in multiple deliveries.
Returns
Standard Ganlys Returns & Refund Policy applies to all qualifying purchases.
Free promotional gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative promotional items unless required by Ganlys.
Pricing Errors
While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, Ganlys reserves the right to cancel or amend orders where genuine pricing errors have occurred.
Customers will always be contacted should this happen.
Promotional Abuse
Ganlys reserves the right to refuse, amend or cancel orders where fraudulent activity, misuse of the promotion, or abuse of the giveaway is suspected.
Changes to the Promotion
Ganlys reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any part of the promotion where circumstances outside our reasonable control require us to do so.
