Ganlys Returns - 3 Easy Ways

Step 1

Return to any Ganlys store for exchanges or refund  – Simply bring a copy of your e-mailed receipt along with the item to any of our Ganlys stores  for an exchange or refund

Step 2

Send the item back to us via post or courier, making sure to include your order number and also a contact phone number in the package. When we receive the item back to the store and there is no sign of wear or damage, we will call you to arrange your refund or exchange.

If we do not receive the item back of full merchantable quality with full packaging as sent, there may be a discounted refund applied to your item as a result.

Step 3

Don’t have time to go to the post office? Call us on (090) 643 5300 and we will arrange for the item to be picked up and brought to us using our courier. This is at a cost of €9.00, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded or the exchange amount.

This option is only available to pick up from an address within the island of Ireland.

Please Note: The refund amount excludes delivery charges. All items to be exchanged/refunded must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Packages must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. we will not be able to accept returns past the 14 day time frame
