No Frost: never defrost again, thanks to perfect protection from ice formation - that saves time and effort

Defrosting a freezer by hand can be very annoying and time-consuming. Thanks to our freezers with No Frost, you can easily remove this task from your to-do list. Unlike conventional freezers, the air humidity in a No Frost freezer is collected in a central chiller unit, which automatically defrosts on a frequent basis. The condensation is then channelled outside out of the freezer, where it then evaporates. No Frost keeps your freezer free of not only ice, but also the need for manual defrosting.

Perfect Fit: place your appliance right next to walls or in a niche

Now you can place your appliance wherever you want. Our freestanding models usually need to be placed at a distance of around 10 cm from side walls, so doors and drawers can be opened. With Perfect Fit, our freestanding appliance range can be placed right up against walls and furniture

LED lighting: all your items in perfect view

With LED lighting, you'll be able to see everything in your appliance clearly. If your appliance is paired with the Bosch Home Connect app, the LED lights can be controlled via the app, meaning you can switch them on or off and adjust the brightness from your smartphone

Electronic temperature control: precise fridge settings to lock in freshness

Instead of worrying about your vegetables getting frozen or your meat going bad, stick to precise cooling. With electronic temperature control, you can easily set your fridge’s cooling level down to the last degree and check the digital display if ever in doubt. If your fridge has the integrated Home Connect function, you do not even need to be at home – simply adjust the temperature via the app to maintain perfect freshness. Now, that is playing it cool

Super Freeze function: prevents the food in your freezer from defrosting

Adding new food to the freezer raises the internal temperature, which can result in defrosting and a loss of flavour. The Super Freeze function ensures that new food is frozen quickly and thereby prevents the other content inside the freezer from defrosting. Appliances with an automatic freezing function return to normal operation once the required temperature is reached, in order not to waste energy. As a result, frozen food keeps its flavour, even when new food is being added

Home Delivery

We have partnered with DPD to provide fast and secure delivery anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland. To track your DPD parcel, click HERE.

DPD delivery covers all of Ireland and Northern Ireland for €9.95 up to 31kg. Excluding bulky and oversized items, we do not charge extra for multiple items shipping to the same address.

Please allow 1–4 working days for standard delivery. Large items, pallets, and bulky or oversized items can take up to 10 working days. Items that are special order from the manufacturer may take longer. You will be notified if there is an extended delivery time on any item you purchase.

We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched and provide a tracking number so you can track your order. Our delivery drivers will call you approximately one hour before delivery. A signature is required on all deliveries.

Click-and-Collect

Any item ordered online can be collected from any Ganly's store. Simply choose the "Collect In-Store" option at checkout and select your preferred store, date, and time. We will have the item ready for you as quickly as possible.

Click-and-Collect orders do not incur a delivery charge. You will receive an email confirming when your item is ready for collection. Please bring a printed or digital copy of your order confirmation when collecting.

Order Processing & Shipping

We process orders 6 days a week, all year round, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. Our courier partners collect orders at 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be collected the following Monday.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. If any items are damaged during shipment, notify us immediately upon opening the package and retain all packaging materials.

Damages & Returns

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable goods) within 14 days of delivery (cooling-off period). We can amend or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return the product for a refund, excluding return delivery costs. If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please Note: We will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, without limitation: strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic, or the impossibility of using public or private transport or telecommunications networks.

Ganly's Returns — 3 Easy Ways

Step 1 — Return In-Store
Bring a copy of your emailed receipt along with the item to any Ganly's store for an exchange or refund.

Step 2 — Post or Courier
Send the item back via post or courier, including your order number and a contact phone number. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will contact you to arrange your refund or exchange. If the item is not returned in full merchantable quality with original packaging, a discounted refund may apply.

Step 3 — We Collect It
Call us on (090) 643 5300 and we will arrange a courier collection from your address. This service costs €9.00, which will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount. Available for addresses within the island of Ireland only.
