Transform your bathroom safety with the De Vielle TPE Shower Mat, combining superior slip resistance with anti-bacterial protection. This premium white shower mat is perfect for Irish family homes, providing peace of mind and hygiene in wet bathroom environments.

Why Choose This Shower Mat?

Slips and falls in the bathroom are a serious concern, especially for families with young children or elderly relatives. This 54x54cm shower mat provides essential non-slip protection while the built-in anti-bacterial agent helps maintain a hygienic bathroom environment - crucial in Ireland's humid climate where bacteria and mould can thrive.

Key Features & Benefits:

• Anti-Bacterial Protection: Built-in anti-bacterial agent inhibits bacterial growth, keeping your shower cleaner and more hygienic
• Non-Slip Safety: Textured TPE surface provides excellent grip underfoot, reducing the risk of slips and falls in wet conditions
• Premium TPE Material: Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) is soft, comfortable, durable, and eco-friendlier than traditional PVC
• Generous 54x54cm Size: Large square format provides ample coverage for shower trays and bath bases
• Clean White Finish: Neutral white colour suits all bathroom colour schemes and shows when cleaning is needed
• Easy to Clean: Simply rinse, wipe down, or machine wash to maintain hygiene
• Quick Drying: TPE material dries faster than fabric mats, reducing moisture buildup
• Suction Grip Base: Stays securely in place on smooth shower and bath surfaces

Perfect For:

• Family bathrooms with children in homes
• En-suite showers and wet rooms
• Bathrooms used by elderly relatives - essential fall prevention
• Rental properties and holiday homes across Ireland
• Shower trays and bathtubs of all sizes
• Homes concerned about bathroom hygiene and mould prevention

Safety & Hygiene:

In bathrooms where humidity levels can be high, the anti-bacterial agent in this shower mat provides an extra layer of protection against bacteria, mould, and mildew. The non-slip surface is essential for preventing accidents, particularly important for families with young children learning to shower independently or elderly relatives who may be unsteady on their feet.

TPE Material Advantages:

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is a modern material that combines the best properties of rubber and plastic. It's softer and more comfortable underfoot than hard plastic mats, yet more durable and hygienic than fabric alternatives. TPE is also more environmentally friendly than PVC, doesn't contain harmful phthalates, and won't degrade or become brittle over time.

Product Specifications:

Care & Maintenance:

To maintain optimal hygiene and performance, rinse your shower mat after each use and allow it to air dry. Periodically clean with bathroom cleaner or mild detergent to remove soap residue and maintain the anti-bacterial properties. The mat can also be machine washed on a gentle cycle for deep cleaning. Hang to dry or lay flat - the TPE material dries quickly.

Size Guide:

At 54x54cm, this shower mat provides generous coverage for most standard Irish shower trays and bath bases. The square format fits neatly into corner showers and provides ample standing room. Measure your shower tray or bath base to ensure a good fit.
