The Henley Sherwood 21kW is a high-output multifuel boiler stove designed to heat both your room and your central heating system simultaneously. With a nominal output of 12.8kW (up to 21kW maximum), it delivers 8.1kW to the room and 4.7kW to water at nominal output, rising to 8.1kW room and 13kW water at maximum output. A+ energy rated, 80.1% efficient, and DEFRA exempt, it is one of the most powerful boiler stoves available for Irish homes. Backed by a 3-year warranty when registered online.

Room and Water Output Explained

The Sherwood 21kW splits its heat output between the room and your central heating system. At nominal burn, 8.1kW heats the room directly and 4.7kW goes to the water circuit. At maximum output, up to 13kW is delivered to the water, making it capable of replacing or significantly supplementing an oil or gas boiler in many Irish homes. This makes it an excellent choice for reducing reliance on fossil fuel central heating.

External Air

The Sherwood includes an external air connection, allowing combustion air to be drawn directly from outside the building rather than from the room. This is required for heat recovery ventilation systems in new-build and airtight homes, and improves overall efficiency.

Clean Burn System

A tertiary air system pushes hot air into the firebox above the normal flame height, allowing excess gases to combust fully for a cleaner, more efficient burn with lower particulate emissions.

Airwash

A specially placed vent draws air across the inside of the glass, keeping it clear and giving you an unobstructed view of the flame throughout the burn.

Warranty

Includes 1 year standard manufacturer's warranty. Register your stove online within 3 months of purchase to receive an additional 2 years, giving 3 years total cover.

Home Delivery

We have partnered with DPD to provide fast and secure delivery anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland. To track your DPD parcel, click HERE.

DPD delivery covers all of Ireland and Northern Ireland for €9.95 up to 31kg. Excluding bulky and oversized items, we do not charge extra for multiple items shipping to the same address.

Please allow 1–4 working days for standard delivery. Large items, pallets, and bulky or oversized items can take up to 10 working days. Items that are special order from the manufacturer may take longer. You will be notified if there is an extended delivery time on any item you purchase.

We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched and provide a tracking number so you can track your order. Our delivery drivers will call you approximately one hour before delivery. A signature is required on all deliveries.

Click-and-Collect

Any item ordered online can be collected from any Ganly's store. Simply choose the "Collect In-Store" option at checkout and select your preferred store, date, and time. We will have the item ready for you as quickly as possible.

Click-and-Collect orders do not incur a delivery charge. You will receive an email confirming when your item is ready for collection. Please bring a printed or digital copy of your order confirmation when collecting.

Order Processing & Shipping

We process orders 6 days a week, all year round, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. Our courier partners collect orders at 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be collected the following Monday.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. If any items are damaged during shipment, notify us immediately upon opening the package and retain all packaging materials.

Damages & Returns

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable goods) within 14 days of delivery (cooling-off period). We can amend or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return the product for a refund, excluding return delivery costs. If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Ganly's Returns — 3 Easy Ways

Step 1 — Return In-Store
Bring a copy of your emailed receipt along with the item to any Ganly's store for an exchange or refund.

Step 2 — Post or Courier
Send the item back via post or courier, including your order number and a contact phone number. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will contact you to arrange your refund or exchange. If the item is not returned in full merchantable quality with original packaging, a discounted refund may apply.

Step 3 — We Collect It
Call us on (090) 643 5300 and we will arrange a courier collection from your address. This service costs €9.00, which will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount. Available for addresses within the island of Ireland only.
