Our latex coir mats are premium quality with a latex backing and the coir has been mechanically twisted for less shedding. They’re made from 100% natural coir (renewable resources; coir fibre, jute and natural latex). The rubber latex backing reduces the risk of slipping and helps the mat stay flat to the floor with no curling. The coconut hair (natural coir) offers fantastic scraping qualities for muddy shoes and boots and absorbs water well, meaning your floors stay cleaner for longer. The doormat is suitable for all weathers, all year round and mainly used outdoors but can be used indoors too. The 'I love my garden' design lifts the mat and welcomes your guests, it can be used at the door, porch, greenhouse, shed, conservatory, patios or anywhere you want. The doormat is 100% biodegradable so when you’ve finished with the mat the natural coir will disintegrate with one year and the latex compound will disintegrate within five years, subject to soil conditions. The packaging and kimbles are recyclable too.

Home Delivery

We have partnered with DPD to provide fast and secure delivery anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland. To track your DPD parcel, click HERE.

DPD delivery covers all of Ireland and Northern Ireland for €9.95 up to 31kg. Excluding bulky and oversized items, we do not charge extra for multiple items shipping to the same address.

Please allow 1–4 working days for standard delivery. Large items, pallets, and bulky or oversized items can take up to 10 working days. Items that are special order from the manufacturer may take longer. You will be notified if there is an extended delivery time on any item you purchase.

We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched and provide a tracking number so you can track your order. Our delivery drivers will call you approximately one hour before delivery. A signature is required on all deliveries.

Click-and-Collect

Any item ordered online can be collected from any Ganly's store. Simply choose the "Collect In-Store" option at checkout and select your preferred store, date, and time. We will have the item ready for you as quickly as possible.

Click-and-Collect orders do not incur a delivery charge. You will receive an email confirming when your item is ready for collection. Please bring a printed or digital copy of your order confirmation when collecting.

Order Processing & Shipping

We process orders 6 days a week, all year round, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. Our courier partners collect orders at 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be collected the following Monday.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. If any items are damaged during shipment, notify us immediately upon opening the package and retain all packaging materials.

Damages & Returns

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable goods) within 14 days of delivery (cooling-off period). We can amend or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return the product for a refund, excluding return delivery costs. If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please Note: We will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, without limitation: strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic, or the impossibility of using public or private transport or telecommunications networks.

Ganly's Returns — 3 Easy Ways

Step 1 — Return In-Store
Bring a copy of your emailed receipt along with the item to any Ganly's store for an exchange or refund.

Step 2 — Post or Courier
Send the item back via post or courier, including your order number and a contact phone number. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will contact you to arrange your refund or exchange. If the item is not returned in full merchantable quality with original packaging, a discounted refund may apply.

Step 3 — We Collect It
Call us on (090) 643 5300 and we will arrange a courier collection from your address. This service costs €9.00, which will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount. Available for addresses within the island of Ireland only.
