Product Application:

• Kilsaran KPRO Street HSBC (High Strength Bedding Concrete) is a polymer modified fine concrete, designed for the bedding of pavements constructed with natural stone, granite setts, concrete flags and paving bricks. The product is formulated to meet the requirements of BS 7533 parts 7 & 12. Kilsaran HSBC can be used in the following applications;
• Bedding of concrete flags, paving bricks, natural stone and granite setts
• Haunching of kerbs and kerb setts
• Where the application requires a high strength construction

Product Use:

• Suitable for use in temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Ensure the supporting base is stable, sound and free from any dust, dirt or grease. The supporting base should then be pre-soaked and have all ponded water removed prior to application. Kilsaran HSBC should be mixed with 2.3-2.5 litres of clean potable water per 25kg bag of material to reach the desired moist consistency, suitable for bedding (as outlined in BS 7533).
• Material mixed from our bulk silos should be done so in accordance with the site training given by our technical team. The fresh bedding concrete should be laid in depths of 10mm-75mm, onto the freshly primed base. Once the fresh HSBC has been placed and spread to the desired consistency, the pre-soaked and primed paving unit should be immediately bedded into position. In all instances this product should be used in strict accordance with BS 7533.

Home Delivery

We have partnered with DPD to provide fast and secure delivery anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland. To track your DPD parcel, click HERE.

DPD delivery covers all of Ireland and Northern Ireland for €9.95 up to 31kg. Excluding bulky and oversized items, we do not charge extra for multiple items shipping to the same address.

Please allow 1–4 working days for standard delivery. Large items, pallets, and bulky or oversized items can take up to 10 working days. Items that are special order from the manufacturer may take longer. You will be notified if there is an extended delivery time on any item you purchase.

We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched and provide a tracking number so you can track your order. Our delivery drivers will call you approximately one hour before delivery. A signature is required on all deliveries.

Click-and-Collect

Any item ordered online can be collected from any Ganly's store. Simply choose the "Collect In-Store" option at checkout and select your preferred store, date, and time. We will have the item ready for you as quickly as possible.

Click-and-Collect orders do not incur a delivery charge. You will receive an email confirming when your item is ready for collection. Please bring a printed or digital copy of your order confirmation when collecting.

Order Processing & Shipping

We process orders 6 days a week, all year round, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. Our courier partners collect orders at 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be collected the following Monday.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. If any items are damaged during shipment, notify us immediately upon opening the package and retain all packaging materials.

Damages & Returns

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable goods) within 14 days of delivery (cooling-off period). We can amend or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return the product for a refund, excluding return delivery costs. If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please Note: We will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, without limitation: strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic, or the impossibility of using public or private transport or telecommunications networks.

Ganly's Returns — 3 Easy Ways

Step 1 — Return In-Store
Bring a copy of your emailed receipt along with the item to any Ganly's store for an exchange or refund.

Step 2 — Post or Courier
Send the item back via post or courier, including your order number and a contact phone number. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will contact you to arrange your refund or exchange. If the item is not returned in full merchantable quality with original packaging, a discounted refund may apply.

Step 3 — We Collect It
Call us on (090) 643 5300 and we will arrange a courier collection from your address. This service costs €9.00, which will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount. Available for addresses within the island of Ireland only.
