Product Application

Kilsaran KPRO Grout NSG 2601-HF is, a non-shrink construction grout, designed for use in thicknesses ranging from 10mm – 100mm, in the following applications;

Large baseplate grouting for
stanchions, plant and machinery

Product Use
Suitable for use in temperatures between +5°C and +30°C. Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from dust, dirt and grease. Pre-soak area to be grouted a minimum of 2 hours before installation to avoid absorption. To achieve a high fluidity grout mix the contents of a 25kg bag with 3.2-3.5 litres of clean potable water. Using excessive water (above 0.2 water/solid ratio) will affect the product’s overall performance. Mixing should be carried out in a suitable container by forced action using a paddle or high shear vane mixer, or grouting pump. The powder should be added gradually to the measured water in the mixing vessel and mixed for 5 minutes until a smooth, cohesive consistency is achieved. Once mixed no further water should be added.

Baseplate: Ensure that a sufficient supply of material will be mixed to avoid interruption when filling. Always pour from one side and use air vents were necessary to avoid air entrapment. Pour from a height to ensure maximum compaction and use a rod to aid filling. Do not vibrate the grout. Temporary levelling shims should be greased if they are to be removed after grout hardens.

Formwork: As the grout is a free-flowing, it is important to ensure the formwork is sufficiently prepared to avoid leaks. A sacrificial concrete mix can be used to fix the baseplate shutter or as a bern. Keep unrestrained areas around the baseplate to less than 150mm.

Curing: Should be as per standard practices for cement-based products. Grout should be protected from strong sunlight and cold weather.

Home Delivery

We have partnered with DPD to provide fast and secure delivery anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland. To track your DPD parcel, click HERE.

DPD delivery covers all of Ireland and Northern Ireland for €9.95 up to 31kg. Excluding bulky and oversized items, we do not charge extra for multiple items shipping to the same address.

Please allow 1–4 working days for standard delivery. Large items, pallets, and bulky or oversized items can take up to 10 working days. Items that are special order from the manufacturer may take longer. You will be notified if there is an extended delivery time on any item you purchase.

We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched and provide a tracking number so you can track your order. Our delivery drivers will call you approximately one hour before delivery. A signature is required on all deliveries.

Click-and-Collect

Any item ordered online can be collected from any Ganly's store. Simply choose the "Collect In-Store" option at checkout and select your preferred store, date, and time. We will have the item ready for you as quickly as possible.

Click-and-Collect orders do not incur a delivery charge. You will receive an email confirming when your item is ready for collection. Please bring a printed or digital copy of your order confirmation when collecting.

Order Processing & Shipping

We process orders 6 days a week, all year round, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. Our courier partners collect orders at 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be collected the following Monday.

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. If any items are damaged during shipment, notify us immediately upon opening the package and retain all packaging materials.

Damages & Returns

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable goods) within 14 days of delivery (cooling-off period). We can amend or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return the product for a refund, excluding return delivery costs. If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Ganly's Returns — 3 Easy Ways

Step 1 — Return In-Store
Bring a copy of your emailed receipt along with the item to any Ganly's store for an exchange or refund.

Step 2 — Post or Courier
Send the item back via post or courier, including your order number and a contact phone number. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will contact you to arrange your refund or exchange. If the item is not returned in full merchantable quality with original packaging, a discounted refund may apply.

Step 3 — We Collect It
Call us on (090) 643 5300 and we will arrange a courier collection from your address. This service costs €9.00, which will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount. Available for addresses within the island of Ireland only.

please note for pallet returns a pallet collection fee of €49.95 will be charged
